Easter Bunny

Today we went to visit the Easter Bunny. Brady still gets a little intimidated by him. He sat on his lap okay, but wouldn't talk to him. Izzie has a cold, so she just sat there with her mouth hanging open! But she didn't cry! We have a big day tomorrow. We have an Easter egg hunt and program at church tomorrow. Plus we have to decorate our Easter eggs. Than Sunday after church, Ricky's parents and sister-in-law and her family are coming over for Easter dinner. I've been hunting for an Easter bonnet, with no luck. We may have to just use the Karo Syrup and stick a bow on her head as usual! I tried to talk to Brady tonight about the story of Easter. I told him that Jesus died, and before I could explain any more to him, he replied, "Jesus died? Did you say Jesus died? Why? When? What happened?" Now to figure out how much a 5 year old can understand. Our program at church tomorrow will be perfect for explaining this to him!
