Grandma Sue

It was nine years ago this past Monday that Mom died. (I cannot believe it's been that long ago!) I have an old trunk in my bedroom with lots of her stuff in it. I decided to look through it that night since I hadn't even opened it in years. I found a lot of stuff I had forgotten about, including some silly things that I'm not really sure why I saved; like her package of tic tacs she had in her purse, 2 pairs of her eyeglasses, a plastic cup, and her car keys. But I didn't have the heart to throw anything away. I did come across two old baby dresses. They are both yellowed and very thin material. I think they were my mom's dresses when she was a newborn. I don't even remember having these dresses, so I'm guessing they were hers. They could have been mine, I'm not sure. But I do know they have something to do with Mom. So, today I put one on Izzie. The one in the picture fit, but there is a smaller one that doesn't. There are some small holes in this dress and it's definitely yellow with age, but I imagine...... I'll never throw it away.
