Izzie's 6 month update!

Izzie is such a good baby! She doesn't cry very often. She cut 2 teeth and never even fussed. I didn't even know she had teeth until my aunt showed me! I hope that doesn't make me a bad mom! We went in for her 6 month check up and she's growing like crazy! She's very healthy! She's almost 18 pounds and eating like a champ. She loves her cereal and we haven't come across anything she won't eat (yet). She loves her big brother. He takes such good care of her. She does have her first ear infection, but you'd never know it! She eats, sleeps, and is happy most of the time!

Brady's birthday

Brady turned 5 on January 31st. I can't believe it's been 5 years ago that we drove 3 hours north, spent the night, and woke up to an ice storm. It's a good thing that tiny hospital has generators!!

We had Brady's party at Gymboree. This was his first "kid" party. We invited several of his friends from Preschool. They had a blast!! Uncle Elliot even made it in from Chicago for his party!

Brady has grown so much. We went to the doctor for his 5 year check up and he is in the 75% for weight and height now! This is great especially since he was under 25% for the first couple of years of his life! He's a big healthy boy. He's writing his name and the alphabet and can count like crazy. I can't believe he starts kindergarten in the fall. He got his kindergarten shots, so he's ready!

And the dog....

Here's Mickey! He's grown SOOOO much. He's a very good dog, but still a puppy. He still thinks he's a lap dog. He likes his new bed, but doesn't sleep on it all night. He prefers the bathroom floor. Brady and Mickey are buddies.

Blizzard?

We got our first substantial snowfall, only to have what they said was a blizzsard a week later. We got ALOT of snow, but not as much as other sides of town. This is Brady's first snowman.
