Kim's Last Week at Home

What a crazy week! My last week at home and we've had too much going on! First, last Monday, I got a call from Brady's preschool that he had gotten hurt on his field trip to the apple orchard and may need stitches. He fell on some rocks and apparently hit one just right. He only needed 2 stitches, but it was really deep, all the way to the skull! I think it scared me more than it scared him. You can just barely see the stitches in the picture. They are just at his hair line.
Then I had two book shows (for my home based business that I started pre-baby). Plus I went into my school to meet my class and show off Izzie. So, that was busy. Then Izzie and I went to Edinburgh to the outlet mall with my friend Joelle and her daughter Jessica. We got some great deals, but it was very tiring. That night Rick and I had date night. My Aunt Barb and Uncle Jerry watched the kids so that we could go to dinner. I didn't feel good all night. I felt even worse during the middle of the night and my throat started hurting. So, I decided to get up early and go to Immediate Care. Brady had strep throat a couple of weeks ago, so I had a feeling it was strep. So, I was right! Thank goodness I went and got some medicine. Since I start back to work on Monday, I couldn't afford to be sick then! Brady is pretty cute though. He told me this morning that Jesus takes care of people, so Jesus will make me feel better. He's just too cute. I'm also posting some more pictures I've taken in the past week or two.

Izzie's really smiling and even starting to laugh. She's just so much fun! Of course, she won't smile when I get the camera out!
And of course, we can't forget the dog! Mickey's being pretty good with the baby. He has Brady to give him plenty of attention.
Here's a shot of Izzie's room. We finally got her letters up over her bed. I had to add some pick to the neutral baby's room.
